观察晚期肿瘤患者化疗不良反应对睡眠质量及护理效果的针对性影响

To Observe the Specific Effects of Adverse Reactions to Chemotherapy on Sleep Qualityand Nursing Effect in Patients with Advanced Tumors

目的:观察晚期肿瘤患者化疗不良反应对睡眠质量及护理效果的针对性影响。方法:选取2019年4月至2021年1月泉州市中医院肿瘤科收治的晚期肿瘤患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予针对性护理干预,统计2组患者基本信息,比较2组患者的睡眠质量的变化情况,比较2组患者的护理满意度、综合护理有效率及不良反应发生率,2组晚期肿瘤患者基本信息。结果:护理干预后,观察组患者的睡眠指标有显著改善,观察组护理满意度、护理有效率均显著高于对照组,观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:经过护理指导后,癌症晚期患者化疗患者睡眠质量明显改善,护理有效率、护理满意度均显著高于对照组,不良反应发生率更低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To observe the specific effects of adverse reactions to chemotherapy on sleep quality and nursing effect in patients with advanced tumors.Methods:A total of 82 patients with advanced tumor admitted to Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to January 2021 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention,the basic information was compared as well.Compare 2 groups of patients with sleep quality changes,the nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency were compared,and the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared as well.Results:After nursing intervention,the sleep index of patients in the observation group was significantly improved,the nursing satisfaction and nursing efficiency of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After nursing guidance,sleep quality of advanced cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy was significantly improved,nursing efficiency,nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions was lower,worthy of clinical promotion.
