人文关怀护理在ICU呼吸衰竭机械通气患者中的效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Effect of Humanistic Nursing on Mechanical Ventilation Patients with RespiratoryFailure in ICU and Its Influence on Sleep Quality

目的:探究人文关怀护理对ICU呼吸衰竭机械通气患者睡眠质量的影响,同时分析对最终治疗效果的作用。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月谷城县人民医院收治的ICU呼吸衰竭机械通气患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组49例。采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)比较2组患者睡眠质量的差异,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)比较2组患者焦虑、抑郁症状改善情况,采用健康调查简表(SF-36)比较2组患者的生命质量,同时比较2组患者护理满意度、临床治疗效果、机械通气时间及住院天数。结果:干预后,观察组PSQI评分、SAS评分、SDS评分及PSQI评分均显著低于对照组,观察组SF-36评分显著高于对照组,观察组机械通气时间及住院时间短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:将人文关怀护理应用在ICU呼吸衰竭机械通气患者中,具有十分切实的临床应用价值,可以保证治疗进程有序推进,有效改善患者疾病结局,同时还有助于改善患者睡眠,提高生命质量,疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic nursing on sleep quality of ICU patients with respiratory failure mechanical ventilation,and analyze the effect on the final therapeutic effect.Methods:A total of 98 patients with mechanical ventilation for ICU respiratory failure admitted to Gucheng County People′s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare the differences of sleep quality between 2 groups,and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)were used to compare the improvement of anxiety and depression symptoms between 2 groups.The MOS Item Short Form Health Survey(SF-36)was used to compare the life quality of patients between 2 groups,the nursing satisfaction,clinical therapeutic effect,duration of mechanical ventilation and length of stay of patients of 2 groups were compared as well.Results:After intervention,PSQI score,SAS score,SDS score and PSQI score of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,mechanical ventilation time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than the control group,the differences between 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic nursing in ICU respiratory failure mechanical ventilation patients has a very practical clinical application value,can ensure the orderly progress of treatment,effectively improve the disease outcome of patients,but also help to improve the sleep of patients,improve the quality of life,the effect is significant.It is worthy of popularization and application.
