合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的病态肥胖患者麻醉恢复室的护理研究

Nursing Study of Anesthesia Recovery Room in Morbidly Obese Patients with Sleep Apnea Syndrome

目的:观察病态肥胖合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者在麻醉恢复室的护理工作。方法:选取2022年1月至2022年12月厦门大学附属第一医院普外科收治的合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征的病态肥胖患者28例作为研究对象,在麻醉恢复室为患者提供护理服务,观察患者情况。结果:患者临床指标良好,未出现呼吸抑制、上呼吸道梗阻、低氧血症等情况,合并糖尿病患者未出现血糖波动过大的情况,存在2例躁动患者,均及时得到有效处理。患者表示对护理工作满意,护理满意度为100.00%。所有患者均顺利度过麻醉苏醒期,被安全送回到病房中。结论:针对病态肥胖合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,通过在麻醉恢复室做好护理工作,可有效确保患者安全度过麻醉恢复期。

Objective:To observe the nursing services of morbid obese patients with sleep apnea syndrome in the anesthesia recovery room.Methods:A total of 28 morbidly obese patients with sleep apnea syndrome admitted to the General Surgery Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects.Nursing services were provided to the patients in the anesthesia recovery room to observe their condition.Results:The clinical indicators of the patients were good,no respiratory depression,upper respiratory tract obstruction,hypoxemia,etc.,no excessive fluctuation of blood sugar in patients with diabetes,and 2 restless patients were treated effectively in time.The patient expressed satisfaction with the nursing work,with a nursing satisfaction rate of 100.00%.All patients in this article successfully passed the anesthesia recovery period and were safely sent back to the ward.Conclusion:For patients with morbid obesity and sleep apnea syndrome,good nursing services in the anesthesia recovery room can effectively ensure that the patient can safely pass the anesthesia recovery period.
