摘要
不可逆电穿孔(Irreversible Electroporation,IRE)是在脉冲电场作用下,细胞膜脂质双分子层或生物组织产生不可逆亲水性孔道的现象,其生物效应为使细胞产生凋亡或死亡。2021年,国家药监局批准了2个国产IRE设备上市。至今,这个技术已经在国内多家医院进行了肝癌、胰腺癌、前列腺癌等的临床治疗应用,取得良好的治疗效果。本文综述了IRE肿瘤消融技术的国内外发展情况,从其发展脉络展望未来发展方向。
Irreversible electroporation(IRE)is a phenomenon in which irreversible hydrophilic pores are generated in the lipid bilayer of cell membrane or biological tissue under the action of pulsed electric field,and its biological effect is to cause cell apoptosis or death.In 2021,the National Food and Drug Administration approved the marketing of two domestic IRE devices.So far,this technology has been applied in many domestic hospitals for the clinical treatment of liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,prostate cancer and so on,and achieved good therapeutic effect.This paper reviews the past and present of IRE at home and abroad,and looks forward to the future development of this technique.
