摘要
氮杂环庚烷[1,2-a]吲哚化合物存在于天然产物中,具有多种生物活性。该类化合物由吲哚并七元氮杂环结构组成,结构新颖独特,合成难度较大。本文在对近几年来氮杂环庚烷[1,2-a]吲哚化合物合成方法调研的基础上,分别以过渡金属催化、有机催化和可见光催化等不同合成方法进行分类介绍此类化合物的研究进展,以期为该类化合物的后续研究提供参考。
Azepino[1,2-a]indoles compounds are exist in natural products and have a variety of biological activities.The compound is composed of indole-heptadecyclic nitrogen heterocyclic structure,which is novel and difficult to synthesize.On the basis of the investigation on the synthesis methods of azepino[1,2-a]indoles compounds in recent years,this paper introduced the research progress of azepino[1,2-a]indoles compounds according to the transition-metal catalysis,organic catalysis and visible light catalysis,which provide valuable information for the follow-up research of these compounds.
