超小分子透明质酸功效性能测试

Evaluation of the functions of super small-molecule hyaluronic acid

分析了酶切法制备的超小分子透明质酸的护肤功效,用体内、体外测试方法对超小分子透明质酸的功效进行测试,并测试其安全性。人体测试结果显示,超小分子透明质酸有保湿、抗红斑、增加皮肤弹性、增加皮肤紧致度、降低皮肤粗糙度、减少皮肤皱纹的功效。体外测试结果显示,超小分子透明质酸有保湿、修复、抗炎的功效。乳猪皮透皮吸收测试显示,超小分子透明质酸有一定的透皮吸收性。对超小分子透明质酸进行安全性评估,证实其安全性。

Hyaluronic acid(HA)has been widely used in skin-care products,while the HA most applied has high molecular weight.There are some theories about application of super small-molecule HA in skin care but without much proving.In this work,the skin-care performance of super small-molecule HA which was derived from enzyme digestion of high-molecule HA was tested.Both in vivo and in vitro tests were carried out,as well as the safety assessment.In vivo test showed that super small-molecule HA had functions in moisturizing,anti-erythema,improving skin elasticity,increasing skin firmness,decreasing skin roughness and anti-wrinkle.In vitro test showed that super small-molecule HA had effects in moisturizing,repairing and anti-inflammation.Transdermal absorption test on porket skin showed that it could penetrate into the skin.Safety assessment showed that it was safe for the skin.
