中小企业财务预算管理问题及对策研究

Research on Problems of Financial Budget Management and Countermeasures for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

中小企业在财务预算管理方面存在着诸多困难,财务预算管理作为企业财务管理的重要组成部分,在减少中小企业经营风险和成本方面有着巨大的意义.但是由于国内中小企业在财务预算管理方面的问题仍然比较突出,文章将对我国现阶段的中小企业普遍存在的问题进行剖析,同时也根据上述问题提出相应的处理对策,希望通过上述意见可以给中小企业的发展带来帮助。

Small and medium-sized enterprises have many difficulties in financial budget management,which,as an important part of enterprise financial management,has great significance in reducing the business risks and costs of SMEs.However,since the problems of domestic SMEs in financial budget management are still relatively prominent,the paper will analyze the problems commonly existing in SMEs at the present stage in China,and also put forward corresponding countermeasures according to the above-mentioned problems,expecting the above-mentioned opinions can offer some help to the development of SMEs.
