国有商业银行中间业务发展存在问题探讨——基于中农工建交邮年报数据分析

Discussion on Problems of Intermediate Busin ess Development of State-owned Commercial Banks-Based on Annual Report Data of BOC,ABC,ICBC,CCB,BOCOM and PSBS

随着金融改革步伐的加快,继资产业务与负债业务之后,中间业务成为了我国银行业的第三大支柱。这样看来,在银行业务的发展进程中,中间业务成为了一种必然的趋势。不过目前我国银行业的中间业务尚处于发展阶段,主要以传统中间业务中的银行卡业务为主。国有商业银行作为我国银行业发展的风向标,其他银行可以借鉴国有商业银行的发展。但是国有商业银行目前还存在中间业务种类少、高端专业人才缺乏、金融科技支持不足、中间业务收费不规范等问题。为解决这些问题本文提出了增加产品品种,扩大产品宣传、引进专业型人才、加大金融科技经济投入、健全法律法规体系等建议来解决国有商业银行中间业务发展过程中存在的问题。

With the acceleration of financial reform,following the asset business and the liability business,the intermediate business has become the third pillar of China's banking industry.In this way,in the process of banking business development,intermediate business has become an inevitable trend.However,at present,the intermediate business of China's banking industry is still in the development stage.It mainly focuses on the bank card business in the traditional intennediate business.State-owned commercial banks are the vane of the development of China's banking industry,and other banks can learn from the development of state-owned commercial banks.However,state-owned commercial banks still encounter the problems such as few types of intermediate business,lack of high-end professionals,insufficient financial technology support,and nonstandard fees for intermediate business.In order to solve these problems,the paper puts forward suggestions such as increasing product varieties,expanding product publicity,introducing professional talents,increasing economic investment in financial science and technology,and improving the legal and regulatory system to solve the problems existing in the development of intermediate business of state-owned commercial banks.
