摘要
为解决业内对于水下深基坑大体积承台施工质量难以保障的问题,以钟祥汉江铁路特大桥317号墩承台水下深基坑大体积承台施工技术进行研究,提出钢管桩精准定位方法、双T形锁扣合龙法、导管基底注浆法、承台内循环冷却系统等,以期为相似采用锁扣钢管桩围堰的水下深基坑大体积承台施工提供参考,保障承台施工质量。
in order to solve the problem that it is difficult to guarantee the construction quality of large volume cap of underwater deep foundation pit in the industry,this paper studies the construction technology of large volume cap of underwater deep foundation pit of No.317 pier cap of Zhongxiang Hanjiang Railway Bridge.the precise positioning method of steel pipe pile,double T-shaped locking method,conduit base grouting method,circulating cooling system in cap and so on are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the construction of large volume cap of underwater deep foundation pit with locked steel pipe pile cofferdam,so as to ensure the construction quality of cap.
