摘要
为解决TBM穿越断层破碎带施工的难点,以山西垣曲二期抽水蓄能电站为工程背景,揭露了断层破碎带的地质特征,分析造成TBM的施工风险及影响,提出始发导台方法,根据不同地层的地质条件,总结不同典型地层掘进参数,通过现场施工经验解决机电设备出现的问题,最终形成TBM穿越断层破碎带的整套施工技术。
In order to solve the construction difficulties of TBM crossing the fault fracture zone,this paper takes Shanxi Yuanqu Phase II pumped storage power station as the engineering background,reveals the geological characteristics of the fault fracture zone,analyzes the construction risk and influence of TBM,and puts forward the starting guide method.According to the geological conditions of different strata,summarizes the tunneling parameters of different typical strata,solves the problems of mechanical and electrical equipment through field construction experience,and finally forms the complete construction technology of TBM crossing the fault fracture zone.
