摘要
“碳中和”“碳达峰”战略目标下,绿色建筑成为建筑行业发展趋势。研究以华中湖北区域某综合体项目为实践案例,在双碳目标背景下对绿色建筑技术进行研究和关键技术应用,通过低碳规划与建筑设计、海绵城市系统、电气系统、建筑信息模型(BIM)、智慧工地管理系统、智慧社区系统等多项关键绿色技术应用,建造新型低碳、绿色、经济、智慧、环保社区。
Under the strategic goal of"carbon neutrality"and"carbon peak",green building has become the development trend of the construction industry.This study takes a complex project in Central China and Hubei as a practical case,and conducts research on green building technology and key technology application under the background of dual-carbon target.Through low-carbon planning and architectural design,sponge city system,electrical system,building information model(BIM),smart site management system,smart community system and other key green technology application,to build a new low-carbon,green,economic,intelligent,environmentally friendly community.
