创新型产业集群高新技术企业主导效应研究

Research on Leading Role Effect of High-tech Enterprises in Innovative Industrial Clusters

创新型产业集群总量82%分布在国家高新区。高新技术企业数量占企业总量比重,2014—2021年创新型产业集群从32%上升至47%,国家高新区从33%上升至63%。选取集群与高新区2014—2021年面板数据,探究高企率对创新型产业集群高质量发展各维度影响差异。结果表明:高新技术企业主导优势,主要体现在创新型产业集群出口高端和技术高新、国家高新区出口高端和规模高效维度。创新型产业集群出口高端对技术高新、规模高效对技术高新、规模高效对出口高端、技术高新对出口高端影响较显著的高企率区间,依次为47%以上、47%~62%、14%~26%、21%以上;国家高新区技术高新对出口高端、规模高效对出口高端、出口高端对规模高效、技术高新对规模高效影响较显著的高企率区间,依次为6%~38%、6%~36%、6%~19%、6%~19%。通过持续提升国家高新区规模高效,可有效培育创新型产业集群高新技术。

82%of the total number of innovative industrial clusters are distributed in national high-tech zones.From 2014 to 2021,the proportion of high-tech enterprises in the total number of enterprises has increased from 32%to 47%in innovative industrial clusters,and the proportion of the number of high-tech enterprises has increased from 33%to 63%in national high-tech zones.The paper selected the panel data of innovative industrial clusters and national high-tech zones from 2014 to 2021 to explore the differences in the impact of the proportion of high-tech enterprises on the high-quality development of innovative industrial clusters in various dimensions.The results show that the leading advantages of high-tech enterprises are mainly reflected in the high-end export and high-tech of innovative industrial clusters,and the high-end export and high-efficiency scale of national high-tech zones.The proportion of high-tech enterprises of innovative industrial clusters that have significant impact of high-end export to high-tech,high-efficiency scale on high-tech,high-efficiency scale to high-end export,and high-tech to support high-end export are more than 47%,47%~62%,14%~26%,more than 21%respectively.The proportion of high-tech enterprises of national high-tech zones that have impact of high-tech on high-end export,high-efficiency scale on high-end export,high-end export on high-efficiency scale,high-efficiency scale on high-tech are 6%~38%,6%~36%,6%~19%,6%~19%respectively.By continuously improving the high-efficiency scale of national high-tech zones,high-tech of innovative industrial clusters can be effectively cultivated.
