固定污染源烟气排放VOCs自动监测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 大气污染威胁人类生命健康,且固定污染源烟气排放VOCs监测性能过差,为了合理防控大气污染,提出固定污染源烟气排放VOCs自动监测方法。分析固定污染源VOCs监测管理现状,了解监测固定污染源VOCs的重要性,并以低温浓缩-气相色谱/质谱法为例,从选择仪器与试剂和优化液氮低温浓缩两方面入手,验证固定污染源VOCs混合标气在冷凝状态下的监测效果。实验结果表明,固定污染源VOCs混合标气中各废气挥发性有机物的监测率均不低于95%,低温浓缩-气相色谱/质谱法对固定污染源烟气排放VOCs的监测性能较强。 Air pollution threatens human life and health,and the monitoring performance of flue gas emission VOCs from fixed pollution sources is too poor.In order to prevent and control air pollution reasonably,the automatic monitoring method of flue gas emission VOCs from fixed pollution sources is proposed.The status quo of VOCs monitoring and management of fixed pollution sources was analyzed to understand the importance of monitoring VOCs of fixed pollution sources.Taking low-temperature concentration-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry as an example,the monitoring effect of mixed standard gas of fixed pollution sources VOCs in the condensing state was verified from the two aspects of selecting instruments and reagents and optimizing low-temperature concentration of liquid nitrogen.The experimental results show that the monitoring rate of VOC in the mixed standard gas of VOCs from fixed pollution sources is no less than 95%,and the low temperature concentration-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry method has a strong monitoring performance for VOCs from fixed pollution sources.
