临夏不同产地款冬花有效成分与矿质元素含量的相关性研究

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱法分析了临夏州10个产地款冬花中款冬酮、芦丁、绿原酸类(绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A、异绿原酸B、异绿原酸C)的含量,采用电感耦合等离子体光谱法和电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定了款冬花的28种矿质元素含量,结果表明:临夏款冬花中绿原酸类成分的含量均值为43.25 mg/g,是含量较高的主要有效成分,样品中存在款冬酮达标而绿原酸类成分较低的现象,建议将绿原酸类成分与款冬酮一起作为检测指标列入药典;有效成分高的样品中N、Na、K、P、Cu、Rb、Mo的含量较高,Ca、Fe、Al、Ti、Li、Cr、Mn的含量较低,而有效成分较低的样品中N、P、K的含量较低,Ca、Al含量较高。根据双变量分析的结果,临夏州的款冬花在种植过程应增施N、P、K肥,同时应避开Ca、Al含量高的土壤。 The contents of tussilagone,rutin,chlorogenic acids(chlorogenic acid,neo-chlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A,isochlorogenic acid B,isochlorogenic acid C)in Farfarae Flos from 10 producing areas in Linxia were analyzed by UPLC(Ultra-high Performance Liquid Chromatography),and 28 mineral elements were determined by ICP-OES(Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer)and ICP-MS(Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry).The results showed that the average content of chlorogenic acids in Farfarae Flos was 43.25 mg/g.It is the main active ingredient with high content,and in the samples there is the phenomenon that the tussilagone content is up to the standard while the chlorogenic acids content is low.It is suggested that the chlorogenic acids alone with tussilagone should be included in the Pharmacopoeia as the detection index.The contents of N,Na,K,P,Cu,Rb and Mo were higher in the samples with higher contents of active ingredients,while the contents of Ca,Fe,Al,Ti,Li,Cr and Mn were lower.The contents of N,P and K were lower in the samples with lower contents of active ingredients,while the contents of Ca and Al were higher.According to the results of bivariate analysis,we should apply more N,P,K fertilizer in the planting of Tussilago farfara L.in Linxia Prefecture and avoid the soil with high Ca and Al contents.
