基于DEA-Malmquist指数的新疆南疆县域农用地生产效率研究

摘要 从县域视角出发,选择新疆南疆作为研究区,探讨了南疆县域农用地的生产效率特征。借助DEAP 2.1软件,利用南疆42个县(市)2016—2020年农用地投入和产出的数据,采用DEA模型与Malmquist指数分析了南疆县域农用地生产效率。结果表明:(1)基于DEA模型测算可以看出,2016与2020年南疆区域农用地生产效率分别为0.849和0.853,均未达到DEA有效,农用地生产效率有略微的增长趋势,但仍处于较低范畴。(2)基于Malmquist指数动态分析结果来看,2016—2020年,南疆大部分地区农用地生产效率呈现下降趋势。由此可知,结合南疆农用地情况,提出加大农业科技投入力度,强化技术的研发。提升劳动力素质以及农户对科学技术方法的应用能力,提高农用地生产效率,提高土地规模化程度,扩大投入以达到最佳规模等建议。 From the perspective of county,the production efficiency characteristics of agricultural land in southern Xinjiang were discussed.Based on the input and output data of agricultural land production efficiency from 2016 to 2020 among the 42 cities and counties in southern Xinjiang,by means of DEAP 2.1,DEA model and Malmquist index were used to analyze agricultural land production efficiency.The results showed that:(1)Based on the calculation of DEA model,the agricultural land production efficiency in 2016 and 2020 in research area was 0.849 and 0.853 respectively,which could not meet the DEA efficiency.Agricultural land production efficiency showed a slight increase trend,but it was still in a low category.(2)Based on the dynamic analysis results of Malmquist index,the productivity of agricultural land showed a downward trend from 2016 to 2020 in most southern Xinjiang.Therefore,according to the situation of agricultural land in southern Xinjiang,the following improved proposals were put forward including strengthening the input capacity of agricultural science and technology,strengthening the development of new technology,enhancing the application ability of scientific and technological methods of farmers,improving the quality of labor force,raising the scale of land operation,and expanding input to meet the optimal scale.
