教师应用移动端App实施儿童发展评价的效果、条件及其改进 被引量:4

摘要 教师应用移动端App实施儿童发展评价,有助于解决教师相关评价能力与精力不足的问题。本研究对3所应用移动端App开展儿童发展评价的幼儿园的21位教师进行深度访谈,运用扎根理论对所得研究资料进行分析。结果发现,教师均认为移动端App应用于儿童发展评价是“有用的”,主要体现在促进家园沟通、了解儿童、反思调整课程等方面,同时均表示所用的移动端App因其功能便捷、指标内置而是“好用的”。不过,这需要以技术支持有效、师幼比例适宜、教师运用和园所管理制度合理为前提条件。除了需要进一步改进用于儿童发展评价的移动端App外,幼儿园和教育管理部门应改革幼儿园相关管理制度,注重培养教师的相关知识、能力与意识,尤其是数据安全意识和对技术的反思批判意识。 Application of mobile App is helpful to teachers’evaluation on children’s development.This study conducted in-depth interviews with 21 teachers from three kindergartens where mobile App has been used to assess children’s development.The interview data was analysed based on Grounded Theory.It’s proved that application of mobile App can promote communication between parents and kindergartens and help teachers understand children as well as reflect on and adjust curriculum.The usability lies in the convenient function and built-in indicators of mobile App.The effective application of mobile App is based on effective technical support,appropriate teacher-child ratios,reasonable teacher utilization and management system of kindergartens.Furthermore,some relevant suggestions have been put forward from the aspects of technology development,kindergarten management and teachers’application.Training teachers to have appropriate knowledge,ability and awareness is the most important,of which teachers’sense of data security and reflection and criticism on technology should be particularly emphasized.
