摘要 用LS-DYNA对运载火箭结构线性分离装置的爆炸分离过程进行仿真分析。针对影响分离装置分离性能的主要设计参数建立有限元模型,对分离性能进行预示和分析,获取削弱槽厚度、槽内圆角、叉型结构夹角、扁平管与叉型处的接触面积、分离板在两螺栓之间的间距、分离板厚度、分离板与叉型处的圆切角等相关结构设计参数对离装置恰好分离时的临界药量的影响。结果表明,削弱槽厚度对分离性能影响较大,槽内圆角、扁平管与叉型处的接触面积和分离板厚度对分离性能也存在一定影响。 The explosive separation process of linear separation device of carrier rocket structure is simulated by LS-DYNA.The finite element model is established according to the main design parameters affecting the separation performance of the separation device,and the separation performance is predicted and analyzed.The influences of structural design parameters,such as the thickness of the weakened groove,the rounded Angle in the groove,the Angle between the fork structure,the contact area between the flat tube and the fork shape,the distance between the two bolts of the separation plate,the thickness of the separation plate,the circular cut Angle between the separation plate and the fork shape,on the critical dosage when the separation device is exactly separated were obtained.The results show that the reduced groove thickness has a great influence on the separation performance,and the contact area between the rounded corners,flat tube and fork in the groove and the thickness of the separation plate also have some influence on the separation performance.
