基于DEA模型的长三角区域文旅高质量融合发展的绩效评价研究

Study on the Performance Evaluation of High-Quality Integrated Development of Culture and Tourism in Yangtze River Delta Based on DEA Model

高质量的文旅融合是社会文化和旅游健康发展的新时代要求,也是整体社会经济健康发展的重要途径。以长三角上海市、江苏省、浙江省、安徽省的2016─2021年文旅融合发展效率为研究对象,并构建评价指标,借助三阶段DE A方法进行2016─2021年的长三角文化投入与旅游产出,旅游投入与文化产出两方面的效率测度,并加入了一定环境产出变量和环境投入变量对文旅融合发展的综合效率影响进行考虑。结果表明:第一,2019年和2020年对长三角区域的文旅融合而言是效率明显的转折点,尤其是旅游投入和文化产出效率在两个年份都受到了影响;第二环境产出变量和环境投入变量对文化和旅游融合发展的相关显著性具有一定差异,但对文化和旅游融合发展的综合效率影响表现方向具有一致性。

High-quality cultural and tourism integration is not only a new era requirement for the healthy development of social culture and tourism,but also an important way for the healthy development of the overall social economy.This paper takes the 2016-2021 efficiency of cultural and tourism integrated development of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui as the research object,constructs evaluation indicators,and uses the three-stage DEA method to measure the efficiency of cultural input and tourism output,as well as tourism input and cultural output in the Yangtze River Delta during 2016-2021.Moreover,some environmental output variables and environmental input variables are added to consider the comprehensive efficiency of the integrated development of culture and tourism.The results show that:first,year 2019 and year 2020 are significant turning points in the efficiency of cultural and tourism integration in the Yangtze River Delta region,especially the efficiency of tourism input and cultural output are affected in both years;Second,environmental output variables and environmental input variables have determinate differences in the correlation significance of the integrated development of culture and tourism,but the direction of the impact on the comprehensive efficiency of the integrated development of culture and tourism is consistent.
