幼有所育背景下构建婴幼儿托育服务体系研究

Research on Building a Childcare Service System under the Background of the Common Childcare

目前在幼有所育背景下,构建婴幼儿托育服务体系还存在保育师资水平有待提升、优惠扶持政策尚未落实、标准化体系建设不完善、协同管理机制建设不畅四个方面的问题。对此,必须进一步强化保育师资建设,提升托育从业人员素质;落实优惠扶持政策,营造良好托育服务氛围;完善标准化体系建设,进一步规范行业治理;完善协同管理机制,凝聚多方面合力。

At present,building a childcare service system under the background of the common childcare,there are still four problems,such as the teachers' qualification needs to be improved,preferential support policies need to be implemented,the standardization system is not perfect,and the construction of collaborative management mechanism is not smooth.Aiming at these problems,we must strengthen the cultivation of nursery teachers and improve the quality of nursery practitioners;we must implement preferential support policies and create a good atmosphere for childcare services;we must improve the construction of standardization system and further standardize industry governance;and we must improve the collaborative management mechanism and pool joint efforts from various aspects.
