职业技能鉴定档案管理的现状与思考

The Current Situation and Thoughts on the Management of Vocational Skill Appraisal Archives

强化职业技能鉴定档案管理在维护鉴定工作权威性、保障鉴定对象合法权益和支撑相关部门精准决策方面有重要意义。基于工作实际,从思想观念、制度规范、技术水平和从业人员等方面剖析了职业技能鉴定档案管理现存的不足,并瞄准技能鉴定档案管理标准化和规范化目标提出优化措施:提升全员档案管理意识、建立健全档案管理制度体系、加强鉴定档案信息化建设和强化鉴定档案管理队伍建设。

Strengthening the management of vocational skill appraisal archives is of great significance in maintaining the authority of appraisal work,protecting the legitimate rights and interests of appraisal objects,and supporting accurate decision-making of relevant departments.Based on the actual work,the existing deficiencies in the management of vocational skill appraisal archives were analyzed from the aspects of ideology,institutions and norms,technical level and practitioners,and optimization measures were proposed for the standardization and normalization of skill appraisal archive management:improve the awareness of all employees of vocational skill appraisal institution,establish and improve the archive management system,strengthen the construction of appraisal archives in formatization and strengthen the construction of appraisal archive management team.
