气象报文信息共享方案的理论研究与优化设计

摘要 针对2022年全国大学生数学建模大赛D题要求,研究多个气象观测站间的信息共享问题。为提高效率,设计气象报文剪拼方法,并归纳实施该方法的通用性原理;建立完成气象主站间信息共享所用时间最小化模型,再通过数字循环产生轮换对称,快速编制具体的信息传输方案;针对气象副站的补充信息共享问题,制定主站的转发替代量公式,继而针对两种概率提升要求,分别建立站点容量最大化一般性模型;进一步利用剪拼传输原理,通过直发前段、剪拼转发、直发后段环环相扣,精准编制具体的信息传输方案,并给出传输方案中两个平均数的计算方法与数值结果。 To solve the question D in the 2022 National College Mathematical Modeling Competition,the information sharing between multiple meteorological observation stations is studied.To improve the efficiency,a meteorological message clipping and piecing method is designed and its general principle is summarized.A model is created to minimize the time spent on the information sharing among the main meteorological stations,then the rotational symmetry is generated through the digital cycle and a specific information transmission scheme is quickly worked out.To achieve the supplementary information sharing between the meteorological sub-stations,a formula to forward substitution quantity of the main station is developed.To meet the requirements of two probability improve ment,the general models to maximize the station capacity is established respectively.Based on the principle of clipping and piecing transmission,the specific information transmission scheme is accurately prepared through the interlocking of the front section,forwarding after clipping and piecing section,and back section of the direct-sending.The calculation methods and numerical results of the two average values in the transmission scheme are given.
