列宁加强组织建设的生成逻辑、理论建构与时代价值——基于“民主集中制”视域下的再考察

Generative Logic,Theoretical Construction and Times Value of Lenin’s Strengthening Organizational Construction——Reexamination Based on the Perspective of Democratic Centralism

在十月革命之前,列宁为加强俄国无产阶级政党的组织建设做出了诸多可贵的探索,“民主集中制”组织思想的提出,实现了建党进程中的理论飞跃。从生成逻辑来看,马克思主义建党理论和俄国无产阶级革命实践,为列宁“民主集中制”组织建设思想的形成提供了理论依据和现实条件。从丰富内涵来看,列宁从维护组织性、确保民主性、增强主体性、保持团结性四大方面对“民主集中制”组织思想进行了理论建构。列宁加强组织建设的思想主张,为新时代党的建设提供了有益的经验借鉴。

Before the October Revolution,Lenin made many valuable explorations to strengthen the organizational construction of Russian proletarian political parties,and his proposal of democratic centralism organization thought realized a theoretical leap in the process of Party building.From the perspective of generative logic,the Marxist Party building theory and the Russian proletarian revolutionary practice provided theoretical basis and practical conditions for the formation of Lenin’s thought of democratic centralism organization construction;From the perspective of rich connotation,Lenin made the theoretical construction from four aspects:maintaining organization,ensuring democracy,enhancing subjectivity and maintaining unity.Lenin’s idea of strengthening organizational construction has provided useful experience and reference for Party construction in the new era.
