室内场景中140 GHz无线信道测量与传播特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 太赫兹技术具有超大带宽的传输能力和超高精度的感知能力,因此成为了6G潜在关键技术方向之一。探明太赫兹信道空间传播特性是太赫兹基础理论创新和关键技术研发的基础。为此,开展了140 GHz室内场景中信道测量与传播特性研究。具体地,搭建了基于矢量网络分析仪的频域信道测量平台,并在数据中心、办公室、走廊等典型室内场景中进行了大量的信道数据采集。基于测量数据,完成了太赫兹信道的多径分量提取和分簇,分析了太赫兹信道传播特性。 Terahertz(THz)technology has gained significant attention as a potential direction in 6G technology due to its ultra-wide bandwidth transmission capability and high-precision sensing ability Io finther research and develop Thz technology it is essential to understand the spatial propagation characteristics ofThz channels,which is a fundamental theory.Therefore,this study focuses on measuring and analyzing the propagation characteristics ofThz channels in 140GHz indoor scenarios.We established a frequency-domain channel measurement platform based on a vector network analyzer and collected a significant amount of channel data in typical indoor scenarios,such as data centers,offices,and corridors.Based on the collected data,we extracted and clustered the multipath con^onents ofThz channels and conducted a thorough analysis of the propagation characteristics ofThz channels.
