文章针对BIM技术在高层建筑工程中的应用进行研究,以实际工程为例,针对建设过程中存在的重难点问题,充分发挥BIM技术的特点和优势,提高深化设计水平,合理优化平面布局,做好复杂工程质量控制和施工管理,保证工程按计划实施。

This paper will focus on studying the application of BIM technology in the high-rise building engineering.Taking the actual project as an example,in view of the major and difficult problems existing in the construction process,it gives full play to the characteristics and advantages of BIM technology to improve the level of deepening design,rationally optimize the plane layout,do a good job in the quality control and construction management of complex projects,and ensure the implementation of the project as planned.
