幼儿园管理质量与班级课程实施质量的关系:一个跨层次中介模型 被引量:2

摘要 幼儿园管理对幼儿园教育质量有重要影响。本研究运用中国学前教育研究会研制的《走向优质——中国幼儿园教育质量评价标准》对来自全国100所幼儿园的300个班级的调查结果显示,幼儿园管理质量对班级课程实施质量具有显著的正向影响;班级教师关系和幼儿园教师专业发展活动在幼儿园管理质量与班级课程实施质量之间均发挥了跨层次的部分中介作用。幼儿园应关注管理对班级课程实施质量的积极作用,促使班级教师形成互动交流、合作共享的积极氛围,加强教师能力建设,提升教师培训与教研的有效性。 Kindergarten management has effects not only on kindergarten affairs,but on its education quality.The data of 300 classes from 100 kindergartens in China,collected by the research with the scale of"Towards Quality",proves that the relationship between kindergarten management quality and classroom curriculum implementation quality is positively strong and partly mediated at a cross-level by class teachersJ relationship and professional development activities for teachers respectively.Based on this,kindergarten should pay attention to the role of management in improving curriculum implementation quality,cultivate the atmosphere of communication,cooperation and sharing among teachers,promote teachers' ability,and improve the effectiveness of teacher training and teaching research.
