川崎病相关的神经系统损害的研究进展

Advances in the research of neurological damage associated with Kawasaki disease

川崎病(Kawasaki disease,KD)是好发于5岁以下儿童的急性系统性血管炎,可累及全身各系统及器官,尤其是冠状动脉损害。但随着对KD的不断研究,发现KD相关的神经系统损害不仅发病率高,而且会导致严重后果。本文回顾了近年来的相关研究,旨在对KD引起神经系统损害的发病机制、临床特点、治疗、预后以及对KD早期预警的表现进行综述。

Kawasaki disease(KD),an acute systemic vasculitis that occurs in children under 5 years of age,affects all systems and organs,especially coronary artery damage.However,with the continuous study of KD,a large number of scholars have found that KD-related neurological damage not only has a high incidence,but also leads to serious consequences.This article reviews the relevant studies in recent years,aiming to review the pathogenesis,clinical characteristics,treatment,prognosis,as well as the manifestations of early warning of KD.
