摘要
本文介绍了某发射箱箱体结构及焊接技术要求,针对其焊接性和焊接技术难点,采用VP-TIG焊接方法,研发并设计了基于摄像监视和数字化集中控制的极长纵缝焊接系统,采用琴键式压板工装控制焊接变形,通过数值模拟和试验验证了工装的可形性。产品焊缝均匀美观、结构致密。通过了气密试验和形质分析,该方法的工艺可行性、协调性和稳定性良好,满足实际生产需要。
This paper introdced the structure and welding technical requirements of a launch box.Aiming at its weldability and welding technical difficulties,the VP-TIG welding method is used to develop and design an extremely long longitudinal seam welding system based on camera monitoring and digital centralized control.The welding deformation is controlled by the keyed platen tooling,and the formability of the tooling is verified by numerical simulation and experiment.The weld of product is uniform and beautiful.The structure of productis dense.Through the air tightness test and shape analysis,the process feasibility,coordination and stability of the method is good,to meet the actual production needs.
