基于多目标规划的地热水资源优化配置模型及应用 被引量:2

摘要 解决地热水资源分配过程中旺季高峰期供需矛盾日益突出的问题,为温泉旅游度假区地热水资源管理提供科学依据。基于江西宜春市温汤镇历年实际供用水量、社会经济和旅居人数等数据,确定规划水平年的水资源系数和模型参数,利用多目标规划反映地热水资源配置中的社会效益和经济效益,进而建立了多目标优化配置模型,以线性加权方法进行求解,分别对温汤镇用水旺季和用水淡季的日最大供水量进行了研究。结果表明,在用水旺季和用水淡季每日最大供水分别节约了4725.86 m^(3)、2493.55 m^(3)地热水资源,规划年温汤镇居民生活用水基本得到满足,改善店面和酒店行业所存在的浪费现象,满足了服务行业合理用水需求,同时优化配置方案相较于原供水方案在社会效益、经济效益和综合效益上均得到了有效提升。基于多目标规划的优化配置模型在一定程度上解决了温汤地热水资源供需不平衡的问题,为地热水产业可持续发展提供支撑。 Solving the increasingly prominent problem of the contradiction between supply and demand during the peak season of geothermal water resources in the process of distribution,and providing a scientific basis for the management of geothermal water resources in hot spring tourist resorts.Based on the actual water supply and consumption,social economy and number of residents and travelers in Wentang Town of Yichun City of Jiangxi Province over the years,the water resource coefficient and model parameters of the planning level year were determined,and the Multi-objective programming was used to reflect the social and economic benefits in the allocation of geothermal water resources.The optimal allocation model is used to study the daily maximum water supply in Wentang Town in peak water season and low water season.The daily maximum water supply in the peak and the low water season saves 4725.86 m^(3) and 2493.55 m^(3) of geothermal water resources respectively.The domestic water consumption of the residents of Wentang Town in the planning year is basically met,and the waste phenomenon in the storefront and hotel industry is improved,and the reasonable service industry is satisfied.Compared with the original water supply scheme,the optimized allocation scheme has been effectively improved in terms of social,economic and comprehensive benefits.The optimal allocation model based on multi-objective programming solves the problem of unbalanced supply and demand of Wentang geothermal water resources to a certain extent,and serves the sustainable development of geothermal water industry.
