云南新生代农民工就业与收入问题调查研究

Investigation and Research on Employment and Income of New-Generation Migrant Workers in Yunnan

当前,1980年以后出生的新生代农民工已成为推动工业制造转型升级、巩固脱贫攻坚成果同乡村振兴有效衔接、推进以县城为重要载体的城镇化的重要力量。但受单边主义、贸易保护主义、逆全球化思潮抬头等因素的影响,云南省经济下行压力加大,用工需求收缩,返乡回流人员增多,新生代农民工就业与收入出现问题。为此,应着力改进职业技能培训,强化转移就业服务体系建设,健全社保和权益保障机制,优化营商环境,发展区域经济,大力拓宽就业渠道,着力促进云南新生代农民工持续增收。

New-generation migrant workers born after 1980 have become an important force in promoting the transformation and upgrading of industrial manufacturing,effectively linking the consolidation of achievements of poverty alleviation with rural revitalization,and promoting urbanization with counties as an important carrier.However,under the influence of factors such as unilateralism,trade protectionism and the rise of anti-globalization trend,the downward pressure on the economy of Yunnan Province has increased,the demand for employment has continued to shrink,the number of returnees has continued to increase,and the contradiction between employment and income of new-generation migrant workers has intensified.From this point,efforts should be made to improve vocational skill training,strengthen the construction of a transfer employment service system,improve the social security and rights protection mechanism,optimize the business environment,develop the regional economy,vigorously expand the employment channel,and strive to promote the continuous income increase of new-generation migrant workers in Yunnan Province.
