摘要
为解决产业链、供应链上面临断供风险的“卡脖子”技术问题,中关村实施强链工程,形成了独特的创新模式。文章在对战略生态位管理理论(SNM)及应用情况进行回顾的基础上,以技术选择、项目组织、项目执行、成果应用推广、保护政策撤离5个关键环节为主线,以保护空间的构建为辅线,对中关村强链工程创新模式进行了系统深入剖析。研究发现,中关村强链工程在需求凝练、揭榜团队遴选、保护空间构建、领军企业主导等方面的实践为我国关键核心技术攻关提供了可借鉴经验。
In order to solve the strangle technical problems facing the risk of supply interruption in the industry and supply chains,zhongguancun has implemented the strong chain project and formed a unique innovation model.On the basis of reviewing Strategic Niche Management(SNM)theory and its application,the article takes five key links,namely technology selection,project organization,project implementation,achievement application and promotion,and policy withdrawal as the main line,and the protective space construction as the auxiliary line,to conduct systematic in-depth analysis of zhongguancun strong chain project innovation mode.It is found that the practice of zhongguancun strong chain project provides valuable experience for China’s key core technology breakthroughs in terms of demand refinement,team selection,protection space construction,and leading enterprise leadership.
