Today,the concept of urban development in the world is undergoing a“resilient Renaissance”,and resilient city has become an important goal of urban safety and sustainable development in all countries around the world.In the context of scientific and technological empowerment and data empowerment,the value dimension of resilient cities should also be deeply considered in the construction and governance path of contemporary resilient cities,and the unique function of the value connotation of resilient cities should be highlighted.The value implication of populism and justice of urban resilience provides normative vision and value basis of urban spatial development.The people-centered public principle and the systematic principle of the organic combination of urban physical resilience and social resilience have established the basic value to follow in the construction of resilient city.The good governance approach to the construction of resilient city aims to build a resilient cooperative governance mechanism based on public safety and public interests,and strengthen the collaborative governance model in which multiple social entities participate in the construction of resilient city under the gui dance of the government.
