摘要
随着互联网的普及,网络舆情在数据体量、复杂性和产生速度等方面发生巨大变化,呈现大数据环境。基于舆情大数据研究网民群体情感问题,开展突发事件舆情治理,进而为突发事件应急管理提供决策支持,正逐步成为该领域的研究热点。本文以舆情大数据环境下的网民情感为研究对象,综合运用大数据、数学建模等技术方法,通过对意见领袖发布的内容进行大数据建模,感知网民情感,进而分析意见领袖对网民情感的作用机理。文章对D&G辱华事件进行实证分析,通过情感词典分析意见领袖对网民情感的作用。该研究有助于辅助政府精准治理和舆情引导。
With the popularity of the Internet,Internet public opinion has undergone huge changes in terms of data volume,complexity and generation speed,presenting a big-data context.It is gradually becoming a research hotspot in this field to study the emotional problems of netizens based on the public opinion big data,to carry out public opinion governance of emergencies,so as to provide decision support for emergency management.This research took the netizen emotion in the public-opinion big-data context as the research object,integrated big data,mathematical modeling and other technical methods,perceived the netizen emotion through big data modeling of the contents released by opinion leaders,and then analyzed the mechanism of opinion leaders'role on netizen emotion.Through empirical analysis of the D&G scandal,this research also analyzed the opinion leaders'role on netizen emotion based on emotion dictionaries.The research will help to assist the government in accurate governance and public opinion guidance.
