摘要
讯问是侦讯人员通过语言手段获取嫌疑人犯罪信息的侦查手段,是双方斗智斗勇的过程。侦讯人员在了解把握犯罪嫌疑人心理状态的基础上,通过巧妙的肢体语言释放信息,进而从心理上对嫌疑人施以有效的影响。实施科学的讯问策略,对于侦查讯问的顺利进行具有重要意义。
Interrogation is a language means for interrogators to obtain suspects’crime-related information,and also a wit-battling process for the two sides.Knowing suspects’psychological state,interrogators exert an effective psychological influence on suspects with information released by clever body language.It’s significant to apply scientific strategies for smooth interrogation.
