Police colleges have the responsibility to cultivate students to become qualified police officers in future in the new era for public security organs,and how to form students’ideal and belief is a new challenge and a new issue for police colleges now.Public security psychology has obvious advantages in implementing the requirements and exploring the elements of ideological-political education in courses.While the ideological-political education in courses is conducted,as important elements of students’political qualities,ideal and belief should become the focus,professional knowledge and professionalism should be integrated,and talent cultivation should be connected with police development trends,so that youth of the new era who take up the responsibility to realize national rejuvenation will be cultivated to foster morality building and talent cultivation deeply.
