哲学方法论语境下“一国两制”理论探析

“一国两制”以实践为本体论基础,在主客交叠中发展。这一制度灵活处理了主权属性与制度形式、中央治权与边陲放权、“两制”之间多重对立统一关系,实现了质、量、度的统一,在理论构造上突破了传统单一制国家结构、发展了议行合一政权组织理论、超越了央地“条块”矩阵。由此,“一国两制”的理论与实践在否定之否定基础上、在实践与认识的往复中、在由抽象上升为具体的辩证思维方法指引下丰富发展,实现了哲学方法论上本体论、辩证法、认识论三者统一。

One country,two systems"takes practice as the ontological basis and develops in the overlapping of subject and object.This system flexibly handles the multiple unity of opposites such as sovereignty attribute and system form,central governance and border decentralization,and the"two systems".It realizes connotes the unity of quality,quantity and degree,breaks the traditional unitary state structure in theoretical structure,develops the theory of political power organization of the unity of parliament and administration,and transcends the central and local"block"matrix.Therefore,the theory and practice of"one country,two systems"have developed on the basis of the negation of negation,in the reciprocation of practice and knowledge,and under the guidance of the dialectical thinking method from abstract to concrete,realizing the unity of ontology,dialectics and epistemology in philosophical methodology.
