成都市医养结合理念下社区养老需求调查及对策研究

Demand Survey and Countermeasures Research of Community Elderly Care under Concept of Integrating Medical Care and Nursing Care in Chengdu

目的 调查成都市医养结合理念下社区养老的需求现状并提出对策。方法 在成都市成华区选取5个社区的428名老年人进行问卷调查,调查的主要内容包括老年人的基本情况、生活状况及养老意愿和需求。结果 排在前四的需求依次是:陪同看病、儿女经常探望、棋牌娱乐、健康体检。结论 完善基础设施健全服务保障、重视专业人才培养、合理配置医疗养老资源,更加注重老年人的心理护理,积极推行互助养老模式,提高老人生活健康水平。

Objective To investigate current situation of demand for community elderly care under concept of integrating medical care and nursing in Chengdu and propose countermeasures.Methods The paper chose 428 elderly people in 5 communities in Chenghua District,Chengdu City for questionnaire survey,with main contents of basic situation,living conditions,and willingness and demand of the elderly.Results Top four demands were:accompanying while seeing doctor,frequent visit of sons and daughters,chess and cards entertainment,and physical examination.Conclusion It is necessary to improve infrastructure,service security,attach importance to professional talent cultivation,allocate medical and elderly care resources rationally,pay more attention to psychological care of elderly,carry on mutual assistance elderly care model,and improve living health level of the elderly actively.
