大学生脂溢性脱发现状及其与中医体质的相关性研究

Current Situation of Seborrheic Alopecia of College Students and Correlation Research with Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution

目的 探讨大学生脂溢性脱发的现状、影响因素及其与中医体质的关系,为制定脱发干预策略提供依据。方法 于2021年3~11月采用滚雪球抽样对788名大学生的脱发程度运用汉密尔顿分型(HamiltonNorwood分型)及Ludwing分级法进行判定,并采用《中医体质分类与判定》对其体质进行辨识。结果 大学生脱发检出率为82.12%,大学生脂溢性脱发在性别、年级、专业类别、家族史、吸烟、熬夜、发质类型、洗头频率等方面差异存在显著统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为115.860、48.637、12.821、20.969、24.510、14.414、22.966、37.123,P<0.05),而在BMI、头发烫染、吹风机使用等方面差异不具有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为7.046、2.278、24.398,P>0.05);大学生脂溢性脱发与湿热质、特禀质具有显著相关性(χ^(2)值分别为8.471、8.483,P<0.05)。结论 大学生脱发问题日益普遍,改变生活方式及纠正偏颇体质可为脱发干预提供思路。

Objective To explore current situation of seborrheic alopecia of college students,influencing factors,and relationship with traditional Chinese medicine constitution,to provide evidence for formulating intervention strategies for alopecia.Methods The paper chose 788 college students from March to November 2021 to determine hair loss degree by snowball sampling method with Hamilton Norwood classification and Ludwing classification,and identify physique with"Classification and determination of Chinese Medicine Constitution".Results Detection rate of hair loss of college students was 82.12%.There were significant difference in gender,grade,professional category,family history,smoking,staying up late,hair type,and shampoo frequency of college students with seborrheic hair loss(χ^(2) values were 115.860,48.637,12.821,20.969,24.510,14.414,22.966,37.123 respectively,P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in BMI,hair perm,hair dryer use,etc(χ^(2) values were 7.046,2.278,and 24.398 respectively,P>0.05).There was significant correlation between seborrheic alopecia and dampheat quality,intrinsic quality in college students(χ^(2) values were 8.471 and 8.483 respectively,P<0.05).Conclusion Hair loss problem of college students has been increasingly common,changing lifestyle and correcting biased physique can provide ideas for hair loss intervention.
