延续性个案管理对康复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性、应对方式的影响

Effect of Continuous Case Management on Medication Compliance and Coping Styles of Schizophrenia Patients During Rehabilitation

目的 探究延续性个案管理对康复期精神分裂症患者服药依从性、应对方式的影响。方法 抽取2020年5月-2021年12月在湛江市第三人民医院治疗的康复期精神分裂症患者80例,据出院后管理方案不同分为两组,观察组与参照组,每组各40例。参照组采用常规出院管理,观察组则采用延续性个案管理。比较两组管理后服药依从性及应对方式,管理前后病耻感SIS评分、心理弹性评分。结果 观察组管理后服药总依从率高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后观察组以面对方式应对疾病的比率高于参照组,而以回避、屈服方式应对疾病的比率,病耻感SIS评分均低于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后观察组心理弹性评分高于参照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在精神分裂症患者的康复期实施延续性个案管理可有效降低患者病耻感,促其以积极面对的方式应对自身疾病,且能显著提升患者服药依从性,提升其心理弹性水平,值得推广。

Objective To explore effect of continuous case management on medication compliance and coping styles schizophrenia patients during rehabilitation.Methods The paper chose 80 cases schizophrenia patients during rehabilitation treated in Zhanjiang City the Third People's Hospital from May 2020 to December 2021,and divided them into two groups according to different management schemes after discharge,observation group and reference group,with 40 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine discharge management,while observation group with continuous case management.Compliance and coping style,SIS scores and psychological resilience scores of shame sense before and after management were compared between two groups after management.Results Total compliance rate of observation group after administration was higher than reference group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After management,observation group had higher rate of coping diseases in face-to-face manner than control group,while rate of coping diseases in avoidance and surrender manner,and SIS scores of shame sense were lower than control group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After management,psychological resilience scores of observation group were higher than reference group,with statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous case management can effectively reduce shame sense of schizophrenia patients during rehabilitation period,promote them to respond to diseases in a positive manner,and improve their medication compliance significantly,enhance psychological resilience level,which is worthy of promoton.
