中药塌渍结合体位摆放对缺血性脑卒中患者上肢痉挛的治疗效果分析

Curative Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Paste Combined with Positioning on Upper Limb Spasms of Ischemic Stroke Patients

目的 探究在缺血性脑卒中患者上肢痉挛应用中药塌渍结合体位摆放的治疗效果。方法 选取2016年5月-2022年1月在本中心接收的脑卒中患者上肢痉挛治疗的130例患者,根据患者入院时间,将其分为常规组及研究组,对常规组患者行常规护理治疗与体位摆放,在此基础上对研究组患者辅以中药塌渍干预疗法,比较肌张力、运动功能恢复、独立生活能力情况。结果 干预前,两组患者肌张力、Brunnstrom、功能独立性评分无显著差别,差异不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组肌张力评分显著低于常规组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,研究组Brunnstrom、功能独立性评分均明显增加,且研究组指标显著高于常规组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组FIM评分显著高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在缺血性脑卒中患者上肢痉挛应用中药塌渍结合体位摆放,能够有效降低患者上肢异常肌张力,提高运动功能,有效改善患者生活质量,降低痉挛所致的疼痛。

Objective To explore curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine paste combined with positioning on upper limb spasms of ischemic stroke patients.Methods The paper chose 30 cases stroke patients with upper limb spasms in the center from May 2016 to January 2022,and divided them into routine group and research group according to admission time.Routine group was treated with routine nursing and positioning,research group assisted with traditional Chinese medicine paste intervention therapy.on the basis.Muscle tone,motor function recovery,and independent living ability was compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in muscle tone,Brunstrom,and functional independence scores between two groups,difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,muscle tone scores in research group was significantly lower than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After intervention,Brunstrom and functional independence scores in research group were significantly increased,and indicators in research group were significantly higher than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,FIM scores in research group were significantly higher than routine group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine paste combined with positioning in treatment of ischemic stroke patients with upper limb spasms can reduce abnormal muscle tone of upper limbs effectively,improve motor function and life quality of patients,and reduce pains caused by spasms.
