健康教育在三甲医院肝移植患者围术期中的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Health Education in Perioperative Period of Liver Transplantation Patients in Class A Tertiary Hospital

目的 评价健康教育在三甲医院肝移植患者围术期中的应用及效果。方法 对本院选取的90例患者随机分组,实验组(n=45)健康教育干预、对照组(n=45)常规护理干预,对比两组护理效果差异。结果 实验组健康知识掌握情况评分、住院时间、治疗花费等临床指标均较对照组优(P<0.05)。实验组对健康宣教形式、健康宣教流程、服务态度及健康宣教效果评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。干预后,实验组自我护理技能、自我责任感、自我概念以及健康知识水平评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在三甲医院肝移植患者围术期中应用健康教育干预,能显著提升患者健康知识掌握水平及满意度,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To evaluate application and effect of health education in perioperative period of liver transplantation patients in class A tertiary hospital.Methods The paper chose 90 patients in our hospital and divided them into experimental group(n=45)with health education intervention and control group(n=45)with routine nursing intervention randomly.Difference of nursing outcomes between two groups was compared.Results Clinical indicators including health knowledge mastery scores,length of stay,treatment cost in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Experimental group scored higher on form,process,service attitude,and effect of health education than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of complications in experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of self care skills,self responsibility,self concept,and health knowledge in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education intervention can improve health knowledge level and satisfaction degree,and reduce complications incidence of liver transplantation patients during perioperative period of in class A tertiary hospital significantly.
