观察综合护理干预改善强直性脊柱炎患者运动功能及疼痛效果

Effect Observation of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Improving Motor Function and Pains of Ankylosing Spondylitis Patients

目的 分析综合护理干预对改善强直性脊柱炎患者的运动功能和疼痛效果。方法 研究对象为2019年2~11月收治的68例强直性脊柱炎患者,根据数字单双数法,分为对照组、研究组,每组均有34例患者。对照组护理措施为常规护理,研究组护理措施为综合护理干预,比较两组临床疗效。结果 研究组睡眠质量、疼痛评分均优于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,研究组护理满意度也比对照组高,组间数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组触高、弯腰、坐站、登台等功能评分均低于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组出院时、出院3个月、出院6个月功能锻炼依从率均高于对照组,数据具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对强直性脊柱炎患者采取综合护理干预,可有效缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,并可提高患者锻炼依从性,改善患者运动功能,提高治疗效果。

Objective To analyze effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving motor function and pains of ankylosing spondylitis patients.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with ankylosing spondylitis from February to November 2019 as study subjects,and divided them into control group and study group according to digital singular and even number method,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing as nursing measures,while research group with comprehensive nursing intervention.Clinical effect between two groups was compared.Results Sleep quality and pain scores of study group were better than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).At the same time,nursing satisfaction degree of study group was higher than control group,data between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Functional scores of touch height,bending,sitting and standing,and stage stepping in study group were lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compliance incidence of functional exercise in study group at discharge,3 months after discharge,and 6 months after discharge was significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance,(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can alleviate pain,improve sleep quality,exercise compliance,motor function and treatment effect of ankylosing spondylitis patients effectively.
