外周血细胞形态检测在血液系统疾病诊断中的效用及对预后评估

Effect and Prognosis Evaluation of Peripheral Blood Cell Morphology Detection in Diagnosis of Hematological Diseases

目的 研究分析外周血细胞形态检测在血液系统疾病诊断中的效用及对预后的评估价值。方法 选择2020年6月-2022年6月在我院治疗的血液系统疾病患者100例为研究对象,按照患者检测先后顺序进行分组,将先检测的50例患者设为对照组,后检测的50例患者设为观察组。对照组予以血常规检测,观察组予以外周血细胞形态检测,对2组患者检测结果及预后评估进行统计比较。结果 观察组白细胞、红细胞、血小板异常检出率分别为52.00%、24.00%、20.00%,均高于对照组(P<0.05),比较存在显著差异。在血液系统疾病中,贫血以红细胞异常为主,感染疾病以中性粒细胞异常为主,白血病、淋巴瘤均以淋巴细胞异常为主,出血性疾病以血小板异常为主。以患者实际预后为准,观察组预后评估的准确性、灵敏度、特异度均比对照组高,P<0.05,差异具有显著性。结论 血液系统疾病诊断与预后中应用外周血细胞形态检测的价值非常高,能够鉴别诊断多种血液系统疾病,值得临床深入研究与推荐应用。

Objective To study and analyze effect and prognostic evaluation value of peripheral blood cell morphology detection in diagnosis of hematological diseases.Methods The paper chose 100 patients with hematological diseases treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 as research objects,and divided them into groups according to testing order.The first 50 patients were included in control group,the second 50 patients in observation group.Control group was treated with blood routine testing,while observation group with peripheral blood cell morphology testing.Test results and prognosis evaluation results between two groups were statistically compared.Results Detection rates of abnormal white blood cells,red blood cells,and platelets in observation group were 52.00%,24.00%,and 20.00%respectively,higher than control group P<0.05,indicating significant difference.In hematological diseases,anemia was mainly characterized by red blood cell abnormalities,infectious diseases were mainly characterized by neutrophil abnormalities,leukemia and lymphoma were mainly characterized by lymphocyte abnormalities,and hemorrhagic diseases were mainly characterized by platelet abnormalities.Based on actual prognosis of patients,accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity of prognosis evaluation in observation group was higher than control group P<0.05,with significant difference.Conclusion Peripheral blood cell morphology detection is highly valuable in diagnosis and prognosis of hematological diseases,can differentiate and diagnose various hematological diseases,which is worthy of in-depth clinical research and recommended a pplication.
