Emergency Treatment Investigation of Cat And Dog Bites in Animal Injury Treatment Center

目的 调查分析本院动物致伤救治中心的患者在被猫犬咬伤后的急诊救治情况。方法 选择本院2020年4月-2021年9月急诊科动物致伤救治中心收治的3012例猫犬咬伤病例,对其一般资料进行调查,统计猫犬咬伤的基本情况,汇总调查结果。结果 发病情况以男性发病为主,猫犬咬伤患者集中在中青年人群;猫犬咬伤的原因以突然咬伤为主;咬伤的时间在春季与冬季常见;猫犬咬伤部位以上下肢的部位常见;猫犬咬伤暴露等级以二级暴露占比高;在猫犬咬伤的就诊时间方面,大多数患者可以在发生咬伤后24h内进院就诊;大多数患者会采取正确处置措施,同时大多数能够及时地进入专业机构进行处置;猫犬咬伤有无死亡情况(暂没有死亡病例);二级暴露及三级暴露的狂犬病疫苗接种率为100%;猫犬咬伤患者接种疫苗后,并发症发生率为1.49%。结论 急诊救治上部分猫犬咬伤的患者仍旧存在延迟入院诊治情况,需要进一步加强对疾病诊治的规范化管理,有效防范从而保证患者的生命健康。

Objective To investigate and analyze emergency treatment situation of patients in animal injury treatment center of our hospital after being bitten by cats and dogs.Methods The paper investigated baseline data of 3012 cases cat and dog bites admitted to Animal Injury Treatment Center Emergency Department of our hospital from April 2020 to September 2021,analyzed basic situation of cat and dog bites,and summarized survey results.Results Incidence was mainly male,and patients with cat and dog bites were concentrated in middle-aged and young population;main cause of cat and dog bites was sudden bites,common in spring and winter,with lower limbs above bite site of cats and dogs.The second level exposure accounted for higher proportion of cat and dog bites.For treatment time for cat and dog bites,most patients visited hospital within 24 hours after bite occured.Most patients were treated with appropriate treatment measures,and most could promptly be treated in professional institutions.There was no death for cat and dog bites(no deaths in our hospital currently).Rabies vaccine coverage rate was 100%for secondary and tertiary exposure,complications incidence of patients with cat and dog bites after vaccination was 1.49%.Conclusion In emergency treatment,some patients with cat and dog bites have delayed admission for diagnosis and treatment.It is necessary to further strengthen standardized management of disease diagnosis and treatment,prevent and ensure life and health of patients effectively.
