电离子联合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的价值分析

摘要 目的 浅谈电离子结合5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法在尖锐湿疣患者中的治疗效果。方法 抽取2019年1月-2022年1月本院接诊的尖锐湿疣患者进行研究,将60例尖锐湿疣患者以抽签法分为对照组和实验组,每组患者30例。对照组患者在治疗时给予5-氨基酮戊酸光动力治疗,实验组在对照组患者治疗基础上给予电离子疗法。对比两组患者治疗过程中的疼痛度评分、尖锐湿疣清除时间、创面愈合时间以及治疗有效率和复发率。结果 在照光过程中,实验组照光1min、3min和5min的疼痛度均低于对照组(P<0.05),数据对比有意义;实验组炎性因子水平在治疗前与对照组之间无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组各项炎性因子水平较对照组数值更优(P<0.05),数据存在可比性;实验组治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),数据统计性明显;实验组在治疗后总复发率更低(P<0.05),数据统计有意义。结论 5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法与电离子疗法联合使用后,可明显降低尖锐湿疣患者在治疗时的疼痛感,治疗效果更好,复发率更低,效果显著。 Objective To discuss curative effect of electroion combined with 5-aminoketone valeric acid photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with condyloma acuminatum admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with photodynamic therapy with 5-aminoketone valeric acid,while experimental group with electrotherapy based on treatment of control group.Pain scores,removal time of genital warts,wound healing time,and treatment effect and recurrence rate were compared between two groups during treatment process.Results During illumination process,pain levels of experimental group were lower than control group after 1,3,and 5 minutes of illumination(P<0.05),indicating significant data comparison;there was no significant difference in levels of inflammatory factors between experimental group and control group before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of various inflammatory factors in experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05),indicating comparability of the data.Effective rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance of data.Experimental group had lower overall recurrence rate after treatment(P<0.05),with statisticla significance of data.Conclusion Combination of 5-aminoketone valeric acid photodynamic therapy and electroionic therapy can reduce pain of condyloma acuminatum patients significantly during treatment,with better treatment effect,lower recurrence rate and significant effect.
