精灸联合颈椎整复手法治疗颈性眩晕的临床研究

Clinical Study on Fine Moxibustion Combined with Cervical Vertebrae Reduction Manipulation for Cervical Vertigo

目的 本研究对颈性眩晕的患者采取精灸联合颈椎整复手法的治疗方式,集中探究该方式的应用效果。方法 选择2021年6月-2022年4月本院康复科诊断并接受治疗的60例颈性眩晕患者为研究对象,依据随机数字分组法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组采用颈部腧穴电针治疗联合颈椎整复手法,治疗组采用精灸配合联合颈椎整复手法,分别进行2个疗程的治疗,治疗结束后对比两组患者的临床指标、治疗有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗后,治疗组头晕、头痛、颈部活动受限缓解的时间均短于对照组,治疗组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的不良反应发生率比较无意义(P>0.05)。结论对颈性眩晕的患者采取精灸联合颈椎整复手法的治疗方式,能够明显缩短患者临床症状缓解的时间,且治疗有效率较高,不易引发不良反应。

Objective To explore application effect of fine moxibustion combined with cervical reduction techniques for cervical vertigo patients.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with cervical vertigo diagnosed and treated in rehabilitation department of our hospital from June 2021 to April 2022 as study objects,and divided them into treatment group and control group randomly,with 30 cases in each group.Control group was treated with cervical acupoint electroacupuncture combined with cervical spine reduction techniques,while treatment group with refined moxibustion combined with cervical spine reduction techniques for two courses of treatment.After treatment,clinical indicators,treatment effect,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups werer compared.Results After treatment,relief time of dizziness,headache,and limited neck movement in treatment group was shorter than control group.Treatment effective rate in treatment group(90.00%)was higher than control group(66.67%),with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fine moxibustion combined with cervical reduction techniques can significantly shorten clinical symptom relief time of cervical vertigo patients,with high treatment effective rate,which may not cause adverse reactions.
