无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗胃肠道息肉的疼痛控制与安全性分析

Pain Control and Safety Analysis of High-Frequency Electric Knife Surgery for Gastrointestinal Polyps under Painless Digestive Endoscopy

目的 观察无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗胃肠道息肉的疼痛控制与安全性。方法 本次研究80例胃肠道息肉患者均为本院2021年6-2022年6月接收的患者,随机分组,对照组(40例)实施普通消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗,观察组(40例)实施无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗,比较治疗效果。结果 观察组术后2h的IL-6、TNF-α、CRP、NE、Cor水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在术后胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间方面,观察组比对照组少,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术中、术后30min、术后1h、术后6h的疼痛评分均低于参照组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后生活质量评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 胃肠道息肉患者实施无痛消化内镜下高频电刀手术治疗,可有效预防手术应激反应,缩短术后恢复时间,缓解疼痛,且并发症少,安全性高,促进患者生存质量的提高,值得临床采纳、推广。

Objective To observe pain control and safety of high-frequency electric knife surgery under painless digestive endoscopy for gastrointestinal polyps.Methods The study chose 80 patients with gastrointestinal polyps admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022,and divided them into control group(40 cases,treated with routine high frequency electric knife surgery under ordinary digestive endoscopy)and observation group(40 cases,with high-frequency electric knife surgery under painless digestive endoscope)randomly.Curative effect was compared.Results IL-6 and TNF-αin observation group at 2 hours after surgery,levels of CRP,NE,and Cor were higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time and length of stay,observation group had fewer difference compared to control group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Pain scores of observation group during surgery,30 minutes after surgery,1 hour after surgery,and 6 hours after surgery were lower than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Life quality scores of observation group after treatment were higher than reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Painless endoscopic high-frequency electric knife surgery can effectively prevent surgical stress reactions,shorten postoperative recovery time,alleviate pain for for patients with gastrointestinal polyps,with fewer complications,high safety,can promote life quality of patient,which is worthy of clinical adoption and promotion.
