腕踝针联合中药外敷对膝关节骨性关节炎患者C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Wrist Ankle Acupuncture Combined with External Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine on C-Reactive Protein of Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

目的 探讨针对膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)采取腕踝针结合中药外敷进行治疗的效果及对C反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法 选取本院1年间收治的KOA患者40例,按随机数字表法分组,对20例对照组患者采取中药外敷方法,20例观察组患者采取腕踝针联合中药外敷治疗,疗程1个月,评价各种疗效、疼痛与膝关节功能、膝关节液CRP水平以及不良反应情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后各组VAS评分显著低于治疗前,HSS评分显著高于治疗前,而观察组指标变化情况比对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗14d与30d的膝关节液CRP指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采取腕踝针结合中药外敷治疗KOA的效果满意,缓解疼痛及降低CRP水平,不良反应发生率低。

Objective To explore effect of wrist ankle acupuncture combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine on knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels.Methods The paper chose 40 cases KOA patients admitted within one year and divided them into groups randomly according to digital table method.20 cases in control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine external application,and 20 cases in observation group with wrist ankle acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine external application for one month.Various curative effect,pain,knee joint function,knee joint fluid CRP level nd adverse reactions were evaluated.Results Total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 70.00%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,VAS scores of each group were significantly lower than before treatment,while HSS scores were significantly higher than before treatment.Indicators changes in observation group were more significant than control group(P<0.05).CRP levels of knee joint fluid in observation group after 14 and 30 days of treatm ent were lower than control group(P<0.05).During treatment period,there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of wrist ankle acupuncture and external application of traditional Chinese medicine can achieve ideal effect for KOA,alleviate pain and reduce C-reactive protein levels,with low incidence of adverse reactions.
