中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的 观察中西医结合治疗在慢性盆腔炎中的临床效果。方法 随机选取本院于2020年1月-2022年2月接诊的慢性盆腔炎患者为研究对象,以抽签分组方式将68例慢性盆腔炎患者分成对照组和实验组,每组34例。对照组采取头孢克肟分散片和甲硝唑联用治疗法,实验组则在对照组的基础上加入大黄红藤煎加减进行治疗。将两组患者治疗后各项症状消失时间、中医症候积分、炎性因子以及治疗有效率进行对比。结果 在各项症状消失用时比较中,实验组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前中医症候积分无差异(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组中医症候积分较对照组积分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前实验组和对照组炎性因子水平相似,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组于治疗后各项炎性因子水平较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗结果比较中,实验组治疗结果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在西医治疗基础上加入中医治疗方案,可明显缩短慢性盆腔炎患者的症状持续时间,患者治愈率更高。

Objective To observe clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods The paper chose 68 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 as research objects,and divided them into control group and experimental group randomly by drawing lots,with 34 cases in each group.Control group was treated with combination of cefixime dispersible tablets and metronidazole,while experimental group with modified rhubarb and sargent gloryvine decoction on the basis of control group.Disappearance time of various symptoms,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,inflammatory factors,and treatment effective rate were compared between two groups after treatment.Results Comparison showed,disappearance time of various symptoms in experimental group was shorter than control group(P<0.05),difference had comparative value.There was no difference in TCM symptom scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in experimental group were lower than control group(P<0.05),difference comparison was significant.Before treatment,levels of inflammatory factors in experimental group and control group were similar(P>0.05),there was no statistical significance between the groups.After treatment,levels of various inflammatory factors in experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05),difference were comparable.Treatment results of experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),with significant difference.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine treatment scheme on the basis of western medicine treatment can shorten duration of symptoms of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease significantly,with higher cure rate of patients.
