二联(埋针+雷火灸)外治疗法治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Combination External Therapy(Embedded Needle+Thunder-fire Moxibustion)for Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type Vertigo

目的 探讨二联(埋针+雷火灸)外治疗法治疗对气虚血瘀型眩晕患者的临床治疗效果。方法 选取本院于2019年12月-2022年6月针灸科收治的80例气虚血瘀型眩晕的患者,采用随机数字法将其分为两组,各40例。对照组需要使用埋针治疗以及常规的治疗方法,观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予雷火灸疗法。观察两组患者在治疗前后的眩晕评估评分量表(DARS)积分、眩晕障碍评定量表(DHI)积分、中医证候积分、患者的临床疗效以及脑部血流动力学指标。结果 治疗后,观察组的DHI评分、DARS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的眩晕气血虚弱症候评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的BA、VA平均血流速度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 使用埋针+雷火灸的治疗方法能够有效地治疗气虚血瘀型眩晕,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore clinical curative effect of combined external therapy of embedded needle and thunder-fire moxibustion on patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type dizziness.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis type vertigo admitted to acupuncture and moxibustion department of our hospital from December 2019 to June 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with needle embedding therapy and routine treatment methods,while observation group with thunder-fire moxibustion therapy on the basis of control group.Dizziness assessment scale(DARS)scores,dizziness disorder assessment scale(DHI)scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,clinical effect,and cerebral hemodynamic indicators were observedbetween two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,DHI scores and DARS scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of dizziness,Qi and blood weakness syndrome in observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate of treatment in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average blood flow velocity of BA and VA in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Embedded needle and thunder-fire moxibustion can treat Qi deficiency and blood stasis type dizziness effectively,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
