综合康复治疗脑瘫患儿上肢功能障碍的效果研究

Effect Study of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Treatment on Cerebral Palsy Children with Upper Limb Dysfunction

目的 研究在脑瘫上肢功能障碍患儿中采取综合康复治疗方法的效果。方法 随机抽选2020年5月-2021年10月收治的86例脑瘫患儿展开分析,均存在上肢功能障碍情况,用计算机数表法将患儿分成两组,每组各43例,参照组开展常规作业治疗和物理治疗,实验组在参照组基础上开展综合康复治疗,比较两组患儿治疗效果、手功能、自理能力及上肢功能。结果 实验组的治疗总有效率较参照组明显更高(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组患儿的手功能评分明显高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组看护者帮助部分、功能技巧部分得分均高于参照组,(P<0.05);实验组保护性伸展、承重、抓握、分离运动得分均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 综合康复治疗脑瘫患儿上肢功能障碍患儿能有效提高患儿的总体疗效,改善患儿手功能、自理能力和上肢功能,具备较高的推广应用价值。

Objective To study effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for cerebral palsy children with upper limb dysfunction.Methods The paper chose 86 cerebral palsy children with upper limb dysfunction from May 2020 to October 2021 for analysis,and divided them into two groups randomly with computer number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with routine occupational therapy and physical therapy,while experimental group with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the basis of reference group.Treatment effect,hand function,self-care ability,and upper limb function between two groups was compared.Results Total effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,hand function scores of experimental group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).Scores of caregiver assistance and functional skills in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Scores of protective stretching,load-bearing,grip,and separation movements in experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can improve overall effect of cerebral palsy children with upper limb dysfunction effectively,improve hand function,self-care ability,and upper limb function,which has high promotion and application value.
